For rentals up to 11 months the commission corresponds to the tenant, from 12 months onwards to the owner.

 

As for the deposit, at the end of the rental contract, if the property is returned in the same condition and state as when it was handed over, the deposit will be returned in full to the tenant. Normally, the value of the deposit is the equivalent of one month’s rent.
