The flat is located on one of the hills of the village of Puerto Rico. From here you can access to different hikes in the mountains of the village such as you can walk or stroll in the direction of to the beach.

Puerto Rico has numerous places of leisure, gastronomy and commerce, as well as having supermarkets, pharmacies and outdoor parks.

It is also one of the villages with best climate on the island of Gran Canaria. It is located in the south of the island and you can enjoy spectacular sunsets every day. For its part, the zone in which the flat is located tends to be more quiet and less traffic than the lower part of the village.

Additional information:

Water and electricity charges are included up to 60 euros per month. In order to reserve the property for rent it is necessary to pay the deposit and an agent's commission (+ 7% IGIC). Normally, the value of the commission is the equivalent of one month's rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals up to 11 months the commission is payable to the tenant, from 12 months onwards to the owner.

As for the security deposit, at the end of the rental contract, if the property is returned in the same condition and state as it was delivered, the security deposit will be returned in full to the tenant. Normally, the value of the deposit is the equivalent of one month's rent.
