The area:
Playa del Inglés is the island’s quintessential tourist area, where you’ll find many tourist complexes, supermarkets, shops, cafés, leisure venues, sports centres and much more. Its greatest asset is its own beach. It is a place very popular with both locals and tourists, as it is an area designed for enjoying the sun, the sea and tranquillity.
It is an area with a very good connection to the rest of the island. It is less than 10 minutes by car from San Agustín, Sonneland, Meloneras and El Tablero.

Water and electricity costs are included up to 50 euros per month. To reserve the rental property, a deposit and an agency commission (+ 7% IGIC) must be paid. The commission is normally equivalent to one month’s rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals of up to 11 months, the commission is paid by the tenant; from 12 months onwards, by the owner.
Regarding the deposit, at the end of the lease agreement, if the property is returned in the same condition it was handed over in, the deposit will be refunded in full to the tenant. The deposit is normally equivalent to one month’s rent.
