The property enjoys a privileged location. It is situated in a very quiet area of the village of Arguineguín. From here you can access various walking routes through the valley’s mountains, and you can walk or stroll in the direction of the beach. It is just 1,500 m away. About a 40-minute walk.
You can walk to any part of the village. Arguineguín has numerous leisure, dining and shopping options, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, schools and a health centre.
Additional information:
Water and electricity costs are included up to 100 euros per month. To reserve the rental property, a deposit and an agency commission (+ 7% IGIC) must be paid. Normally, the commission is equivalent to one month’s rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals of up to 11 months, the commission is paid by the tenant; from 12 months onward, by the owner.
As for the deposit, at the end of the tenancy agreement, if the property is returned in the same condition it was handed over in, the deposit will be fully refunded to the tenant. Normally, the deposit is equivalent to one month’s rent.
