The area:
The property is located in Playa del Cura, a quiet, mostly touristic area in the south of the island, perfect for relaxing thanks to its tranquility. The climate is considered one of the best in the world, and its beach is known for its black sand. The apartment is very well connected by public transport, both by taxi and by bus.
Besides its idyllic surroundings and temperatures, it is a central area. Supermarkets and restaurants can be found nearby. The beach is just 300 metres away, and Puerto Rico a 6-minute drive.
In Puerto Rico you will find plenty of leisure and shopping options. It has several shopping centres with shops, restaurants, sports facilities, etc. As well as a quiet white sand beach with crystal-clear waters.
Additional information:
Water and electricity costs are included up to 50 euros per month. To reserve the rental property, a deposit and an agency commission (+ 7% IGIC) must be paid. Normally, the commission is equivalent to one month’s rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals of up to 11 months, the commission is paid by the tenant; from 12 months onward, by the owner.
As for the deposit, at the end of the tenancy agreement, if the property is returned in the same condition it was handed over in, the deposit will be fully refunded to the tenant. Normally, the deposit is equivalent to one month’s rent.
