What’s more, you can walk to any part of the town. Arguineguín has numerous places for leisure, dining and shopping, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, schools and a health centre.

Water and electricity costs are included in the rental price up to a maximum. To reserve the rental property, a deposit and an agent’s commission (+7% IGIC) must be paid. The commission is normally equivalent to one month’s rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals of up to 11 months, the commission is paid by the tenant; from 12 months onward, it is paid by the owner.
As for the deposit, at the end of the rental agreement, if the property is returned in the same condition it was handed over in, the deposit will be refunded to the tenant in full. The deposit is normally equivalent to one month’s rent.
