The property:
This is a cosy and very comfortable apartment, ideal for couples or single people. It has been renovated and is very close to the beach.
Its layout is as follows:

• Balcony-terrace with a roof. It has a table and chairs for eating outdoors, and chill-out style armchairs for relaxing with a coffee at any time of day.
• Furnished living room with direct access to the terrace.
• Furnished and equipped kitchen. It’s connected to the living room and has a small breakfast bar.
• Bedroom with a double bed and a two-door built-in wardrobe.
• Bathroom with shower. The washing machine is inside.

The complex has a communal pool and sun-lounger area for sunbathing.
The area:
Playa del Inglés is the island’s quintessential tourist area, where you’ll find many tourist complexes, supermarkets, shops, cafés, leisure venues, sports centres and much more. What’s more, its greatest asset is its own beach. A spot much frequented by locals and tourists alike, as it’s an area made for enjoying the sun, sea and tranquillity.
It’s an area with very good connections to the rest of the island. It’s less than 10 minutes by car from San Agustín, Sonneland, Meloneras and El Tablero.
Additional information:
Water and electricity costs are included up to 50 euros per month. To reserve the rental property, a deposit and an agent’s commission (+7% IGIC) must be paid. The commission is normally equivalent to one month’s rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals of up to 11 months, the commission is paid by the tenant; from 12 months onward, it is paid by the owner.
As for the deposit, at the end of the rental agreement, if the property is returned in the same condition it was handed over in, the deposit will be refunded to the tenant in full. The deposit is normally equivalent to one month’s rent.
