The area:
The house has a privileged location. It is located in a very quiet area of the village of Arguineguín. From here you can access various hikes through the valley’s mountains, as you can walk or stroll towards the beach. It is only 1500 m away. About a 40-minute walk.
You can park right on the street outside the house. You can also walk to any part of the village. Arguineguín has numerous leisure, dining and shopping options, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, schools and a health centre.
Additional information:
Water and electricity costs are included in the rental price. To reserve the rental property, a deposit and an agency commission (+7% IGIC) must be paid. The commission is normally equivalent to one month’s rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals of up to 11 months, the commission is paid by the tenant; from 12 months onwards, it is paid by the owner.
As for the deposit, at the end of the rental agreement, if the property is returned in the same condition it was handed over in, the deposit will be refunded to the tenant in full. The deposit is normally equivalent to one month’s rent.
