The area:

The apartment is located in one of the highest areas of the village of Puerto Rico. From here you can access various hikes through the village’s mountains, and you can walk or stroll towards the beach. It is only 800m away. About a 20-minute walk.

In addition, you can walk to any part of the village. Puerto Rico has numerous leisure, dining and shopping options, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies and outdoor parks.

It is also one of the villages with the best climate on the island of Gran Canaria. It is located in the south of the island, where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets every day. The area where the studio is located tends to be quieter and less busy than the lower part of the village.

Legal information:

To reserve the property, the first payment of one month’s deposit will be required (which will be refunded after the property is handed back to the owner, provided it is in the same condition as when it was handed over to the tenant and the terms of the rental agreement have been met), plus one month’s agency fee (plus associated IGIC).
