The apartment is located in one of the highest areas of Taurito. In this area you can enjoy a very quiet beach just a 15-minute walk away, a water park 10 minutes on foot and areas for walking. It is very well connected, both by public transport and with easy access to the motorway.

It is also one of the villages with the best climate on the island of Gran Canaria. It is located in the south of the island, where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets every day. The area where the studio is located also tends to be quieter and with less traffic than the lower part of the village.
