The area:

The bungalow is located in one of the highest areas of the people of Puerto Rico. From here you can access to different hikes in the mountains of the village such as you can walk or stroll in the direction of to the beach. It is located as far away as only 500m away. About 10min walk.

Parking is possible on the same street as the complex free of charge. You can also walk to any part of the town. Puerto Rico has numerous places of leisure, gastronomy and commerce, as well as having supermarkets, pharmacies and outdoor parks.

It is also one of the villages with best climate on the island of Gran Canaria. It is located in the south of the island and you can enjoy spectacular sunsets every day. For its part, the zone in which the studio is located is usually more quiet and less traffic than the lower part of the village.
