Water and electricity costs are included up to 50 euros per month. In order to reserve the property for rent it is necessary to pay the deposit and an agent's commission (+ 7% IGIC). Normally, the value of the commission is the equivalent of one month's rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals up to 11 months the commission is payable to the tenant, from 12 months onwards to the owner.

As for the security deposit, at the end of the rental contract, if the property is returned in the same condition and state as it was delivered, the security deposit will be returned in full to the tenant. Normally, the value of the deposit is the equivalent of one month's rent.
