The flat has a privileged location. It is located in a very quiet area from the village of Arguineguín. From here you can access different hikes in the mountains of the valley such as you can walk or stroll in the direction of the beach.. It is only 800m away. About 30min walk.
Parking is possible on the street in front of the house. Moreover, you can walk to any part of the town. Arguineguín has many places in leisure, gastronomy and commercein addition to having supermarkets, pharmacies, schools and health centre.

Water and electricity costs are included in the rental price. In order to reserve the property for rent it is necessary to pay the deposit and an agent's commission (+ 7% IGIC). Normally, the value of the commission is the equivalent of one month's rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals up to 11 months the commission is payable to the tenant, from 12 months onwards to the owner.
As for the security deposit, at the end of the rental contract, if the property is returned in the same condition and state as it was delivered, the security deposit will be returned in full to the tenant. Normally, the value of the deposit is the equivalent of one month's rent.
