The house has a privileged location. You can visit located in a very quiet area of the people of Arguineguín. From here you can access different hikes in the mountains of the valley such as you can walk or stroll in the direction of to the beach. It is located as far away as only 1500 m away. About 40 min walk.

Parking is available on the street next to the house.. Moreover, you can walk to any part of the village. Arguineguín has numerous places of leisure, gastronomy and commerce, as well as having supermarkets, pharmacies, schools and health centres.

Water and electricity costs are included in the rental price. In order to reserve the property for rent it is necessary to pay the deposit and an agent's commission (+ 7% IGIC). Normally, the value of the commission is the equivalent of one month's rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals up to 11 months the commission is payable to the tenant, from 12 months onwards to the owner.

As for the security deposit, at the end of the rental contract, if the property is returned in the same condition and state as it was delivered, the security deposit will be returned in full to the tenant. Normally, the value of the deposit is the equivalent of one month's rent.
