The area:
The apartment enjoys a privileged location. It is situated in a very quiet part of the town of Arguineguín. From here you can access various mountain walking trails in the valley, as well as walk or stroll towards the beach. This town boasts some of the best sunsets on the island.
What’s more, you can walk to any part of the town. Arguineguín has numerous places for leisure, dining and shopping, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, schools and a health centre.
Additional information:
Water and electricity costs are included up to 50 euros per month. To reserve the rental property, a deposit and an agent’s commission (+7% IGIC) must be paid. The commission is normally equivalent to one month’s rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals of up to 11 months, the commission is paid by the tenant; from 12 months onward, it is paid by the owner.
As for the deposit, at the end of the rental agreement, if the property is returned in the same condition it was handed over in, the deposit will be refunded to the tenant in full. The deposit is normally equivalent to one month’s rent.
