The area:
The apartment has a privileged location. It is located in a very quiet area of the village of Arguineguín. From here you can access various hiking routes through the valley’s mountains, as well as walk or stroll towards the beach. This is just 800m away. About a 30-minute walk.
You can park right on the street outside the house. You can also walk to any part of the village. Arguineguín has numerous leisure, dining and shopping spots, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, schools and a health centre.
Additional information:
Water and electricity costs are included up to 60 euros a month. To reserve the rental property, you need to pay the deposit and an agent’s commission (+7% IGIC). Normally, the commission is equivalent to one month’s rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals of up to 11 months the commission is paid by the tenant; from 12 months onwards it is paid by the owner.
As for the deposit, at the end of the rental agreement, if the property is returned in the same condition it was handed over in, the deposit will be fully refunded to the tenant. The deposit is normally equivalent to one month’s rent.
