The property enjoys a privileged location. It is situated in a very central area of the village of Arguineguín. La Lajilla beach is just 10 minutes away on foot, and the views are beautiful at any time of day, especially at sunset.
You can walk to anywhere in the village. Arguineguín has numerous leisure, dining and shopping options, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, schools and a health centre.

Water and electricity costs are included up to 50 euros per month. To reserve the rental property, a deposit and an agency commission (+ 7% IGIC) must be paid. The commission is normally equivalent to one month’s rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals of up to 11 months, the commission is paid by the tenant; from 12 months onwards, by the owner.
Regarding the deposit, at the end of the lease agreement, if the property is returned in the same condition it was handed over in, the deposit will be refunded in full to the tenant. The deposit is normally equivalent to one month’s rent.
