The area:
The property enjoys a privileged location. It is situated in a very quiet area of the village of Arguineguín. From here you can access various hiking trails through the valley’s mountains, and you can walk or stroll towards the beach. It is just 1,500 m away. About a 40-minute walk.
You can park right on the street outside the house. You can also walk to anywhere in the village. Arguineguín has numerous leisure, dining and shopping options, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, schools and a health centre.

Water and electricity costs are included up to 60 euros per month. To reserve the rental property, a deposit and an agency commission (+ 7% IGIC) must be paid. The commission is normally equivalent to one month’s rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals of up to 11 months, the commission is paid by the tenant; from 12 months onwards, by the owner.
Regarding the deposit, at the end of the lease agreement, if the property is returned in the same condition it was handed over in, the deposit will be refunded in full to the tenant. The deposit is normally equivalent to one month’s rent.
