The property:

The apartment is located in the central area of the village of Arguineguín. Right next to the beach, as well as being very close to restaurants, shops and leisure areas. Thanks to its location close to the seafront promenade, you can go for a peaceful stroll and enjoy the island’s best sunsets.
The apartment is close to everything. Arguineguín has numerous leisure, dining and shopping options, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, schools and a health centre.
Additional information:
Water and electricity costs are included up to 70 euros per month. To reserve the rental property, a deposit and an agency commission (+ 7% IGIC) must be paid. The commission is normally equivalent to one month’s rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals of up to 11 months, the commission is paid by the tenant; for 12 months or more, it is paid by the owner.
As for the deposit, at the end of the rental agreement, if the property is returned in the same condition it was handed over in, the deposit will be fully refunded to the tenant. The deposit is normally equivalent to one month’s rent.
