The area:
The house enjoys a prime location. It is located in a very quiet part of the village of Arguineguín. From here you can access various mountain trails in the valley, such as walking or strolling towards the beach. This area has some of the best sunsets on the island.
It is also within walking distance of any part of the village. Arguineguín has numerous places for leisure, dining and shopping, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, schools and a health centre.
Additional information:
Water and electricity costs are not included in the rental price. In order to reserve the property for rent it is necessary to pay the deposit and an agent’s commission (+ 7% IGIC). Normally, the value of the commission is the equivalent of one month’s rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals up to 11 months the commission corresponds to the tenant, from 12 months onwards to the owner.
As for the deposit, at the end of the rental contract, if the property is returned in the same condition and state as when it was handed over, the deposit will be returned in full to the tenant. Normally, the value of the deposit is the equivalent of one month’s rent.
