The apartment has a prime location. It is located in a very quiet area of the village of Arguineguín. From here you can access various hiking trails through the valley’s mountains, and you can walk or stroll in the direction of the beach. This is just 800m away. About 30 minutes on foot.
You can park on the house’s own street. In addition, you can walk to any part of the village. Arguineguín has numerous leisure, dining and shopping options, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, schools and a health centre.
Additional information:
To reserve the rental property, a deposit and an agency commission (+ 7% IGIC) must be paid. The commission is normally equivalent to one month’s rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals of up to 11 months, the commission is paid by the tenant; for 12 months or more, it is paid by the owner.
As for the deposit, at the end of the rental agreement, if the property is returned in the same condition it was handed over in, the deposit will be fully refunded to the tenant. The deposit is normally equivalent to one month’s rent.
