The apartment is located in one of the highest areas of the village of Puerto Rico. From here you can access various hikes through the village’s mountains, and you can walk or stroll towards the beach. It is only 2500m away. About a 30-minute walk.
In addition, you can walk to any part of the village. Puerto Rico has numerous leisure, dining and shopping options, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies and outdoor parks.
It is also one of the villages with the best climate on the island of Gran Canaria. It is located in the south of the island, where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets every day. The area where the apartment is located tends to be quieter and less busy than the lower part of the village.
