The area:
The property is located in Patalavaca, a quiet area in the south of the island where locals and foreigners live side by side. The climate is considered one of the best in the world, and its beaches stand out for their crystal-clear water.
Besides its idyllic surroundings and temperatures, it’s a central location. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. Patalavaca beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and Anfi del Mar is 4 minutes by car.
Patalavaca is 6 minutes by car from the village of Arguineguín, where you can enjoy shopping and dining areas, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, schools, sports centres and a health centre.

Water and electricity costs are included up to 50 euros a month. To book the rental property, you must pay the deposit and an agent’s commission (+ 7% IGIC). The commission is usually equivalent to one month’s rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals of up to 11 months, the commission is paid by the tenant; from 12 months onward, by the owner.
As for the deposit, at the end of the lease, if the property is returned in the same condition it was handed over in, the deposit will be fully refunded to the tenant. The deposit is usually equivalent to one month’s rent.
