The area:
The property is located in Patalavaca, a quiet area in the south of the island where locals and foreigners live side by side. The climate is considered one of the best in the world, and its beaches stand out for their crystal-clear water.
In addition to its idyllic surroundings and temperatures, it is a centrally located area, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Patalavaca beach is just 5 minutes on foot, and Anfi del Mar is 4 minutes by car.
Patalavaca is 6 minutes by car from the village of Arguineguín, where you can enjoy shopping and dining areas, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, schools, sports centres and a health centre.

Water and electricity costs are included up to 60 euros per month. To reserve the rental property, a deposit and an agency commission (+ 7% IGIC) must be paid. The commission is normally equivalent to one month’s rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals of up to 11 months, the commission is paid by the tenant; for 12 months or more, it is paid by the owner.
As for the deposit, at the end of the rental agreement, if the property is returned in the same condition it was handed over in, the deposit will be fully refunded to the tenant. The deposit is normally equivalent to one month’s rent.
