The property is located in Patalavaca, a quiet area in the south of the island where locals and foreigners live side by side. The climate is considered one of the best in the world and its beaches stand out for their crystal-clear water.
Besides its idyllic surroundings and temperatures, this is a central area. Supermarkets and restaurants can be found nearby. Patalavaca beach is just 5 minutes on foot away, and Anfi del Mar is 4 minutes by car.

Patalavaca is 6 minutes by car from the town of Arguineguín, where you can enjoy shopping and dining areas, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, schools, sports centres and a health centre.

Water and electricity costs are included in the rental price. To reserve the rental property, a deposit and an agent’s commission (+7% IGIC) must be paid. The commission is normally equivalent to one month’s rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals of up to 11 months, the commission is paid by the tenant; from 12 months onward, it is paid by the owner.
As for the deposit, at the end of the rental agreement, if the property is returned in the same condition it was handed over in, the deposit will be refunded to the tenant in full. The deposit is normally equivalent to one month’s rent.
