The area:
The property is located in Patalavaca, a peaceful area in the south of the island where locals and foreigners live side by side. The climate is considered one of the best in the world, and its beaches stand out for their crystal-clear water.
Beyond its idyllic surroundings and temperatures, it is also a central area. Supermarkets and restaurants can be found nearby. Patalavaca beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and Anfi del Mar is a 4-minute drive.
Patalavaca is a 6-minute drive from the village of Arguineguín, where you can enjoy shops and restaurants, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, schools, sports centres and a health centre.

Water and electricity costs are included up to 50 euros per month. To reserve the property for rent, a deposit and an agency commission (+ 7% IGIC) must be paid. Normally, the commission is equivalent to one month’s rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals of up to 11 months, the commission is paid by the tenant; from 12 months onward, by the owner.
As for the deposit, at the end of the rental agreement, if the property is returned in the same condition it was handed over in, the deposit will be fully refunded to the tenant. Normally, the deposit is equivalent to one month’s rent.
