The area:
The studio is in Patalavaca, a privileged area in the south of the island. Just a few minutes’ walk away you’ll find restaurants, a supermarket and other beaches with crystal-clear waters. The climate is considered one of the best in the world.
The complex is about 5 minutes by car from the village of Arguineguín, a fishing village with both a local and a tourist atmosphere, a central area with a wide range of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and other services.
Additional information:
Water and electricity costs are included up to 50 euros per month. To reserve the rental property, a deposit and an agency commission (+ 7% IGIC) must be paid. The commission is normally equivalent to one month’s rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals of up to 11 months, the commission is paid by the tenant; from 12 months onwards, by the owner.
Regarding the deposit, at the end of the lease agreement, if the property is returned in the same condition it was handed over in, the deposit will be refunded in full to the tenant. The deposit is normally equivalent to one month’s rent.
