LOCATION

This charming fishing village is known for its excellent restaurants serving fresh seafood and Canarian food. It is easily accessible, being close to the motorway, which makes getting there very straightforward.
It has plenty of amenities: shopping centres, local shops, schools, a health centre, doctors, gyms and bars. Many of its shopping areas are pedestrianised and traffic-free. It has its own beautiful beach with a seafront promenade that’s ideal for walking.

Hiking is very popular in the nearby mountains, which offer great spots for picnics. This part of the coast has a lot to offer thanks to its fantastic climate, warm for almost the entire year.

Other well-known beaches are nearby, such as Anfi del Mar, a favourite among families for its fine white sand and calm waters; Puerto Rico, with plenty of fun water activities; and Puerto de Mogán, with beautiful houses decorated with tropical flowers and a tourist submarine.
Taxis and buses are available for exploring the island.

To reserve the rental property, a deposit and an agent’s commission (+ 7% IGIC) must be paid. The commission is usually equivalent to one month’s rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals of up to 11 months, the commission is paid by the tenant; from 12 months onward, by the owner.

As for the deposit, at the end of the rental agreement, if the property is returned in the same condition it was handed over in, the deposit will be fully refunded to the tenant. The deposit is usually equivalent to one month’s rent.
